Slow Cook Low Carb, Sugar Free Cranberry Sauce

1 cooking apple, diced
Zest of 2 oranges
150g erythritol blend or xylitol
2 cinnamon sticks
NB: If you dont want to cook this in the slow cooker, you can do this in a saucepan, it takes about 15 minutes. Add all ingreidents and boil down until it is thick and delicious.
If your slow cooker needs to be preheated, turn it on 15 minutes before using. Refer to your manufacturer’s instructions for more information on your specific model temperatures.
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker, stir well to ensure it is blended. Turn the cooker to high and cook for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
Place in serving dish or in jars until ready to use.
